In our website gallery there are two mini poodle, white - Andre and black - Shantelle. They both very matted and hasn't been groomed for a while because they had bad experience with previous groomer where they became very nervous and not letting anybody touching their feet. But after came back from COCO DOG SPA they now love to be groomed and jumping in voluntarily to our trailer!

Dogs! There is not many people who can say they love their job, but we do! who don't love dogs and working with dogs and make them pretty, clean and happy and love you back unconditionally.

1. Do you do nail clipping? Yes we do 2. Do you do full body clipping? Yes, we call it hair cut. It's available in Full Groom service. 3. Do you take course to do this? Yes, Julie the groomer was graduated from The Grooming School Cooranbong, it's an extensive training for Professional Groomer and Julie also member of IPG (International Professional Groomer) 4. Do you do extra large dogs like Malamute, St. Bernard? No, we don't have the facility for extra large dogs.

Our grooming process is done with gentle and professional approach. We do one dog at a time with careful and detail work and no cage dry no sedation no waiting a day long in a salon in a cage dry.

I'm also member of IPG (International Professional Groomer) Association. How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. For the dogs that need regular brushing such as poodle, bichon, shih tsu, the customers are recommended to brush their dogs at least twice a week. This is important to avoid matted hair or sharp grass seed that can be found by brushing the dog. Brushing regularly will also keep the dog's hair shinier as it spread the natural oil on the dog's hair. Less matted hair will save a lot of time in grooming. 2. Make sure the customer doesn't feed their dog before grooming as they might have bowel movement and will feel uncomfortable during grooming process and will take more time in grooming. 3. The customer can bring their own flea treatment to save money.

I've graduated from The Grooming School, Cooranbong, NSW and my qualification is Salon Detail certificate and International Professional Groomer Certificate and member. Our teacher, Christine Speerin is very qualified trainer with Master Groomer qualification, and she also the International Judge of dog show. She's also the ambassador of Purina, and the coordinator of Groom Team Australia and have trained us intensively through 5 weeks course with approximately total 60 dogs from many different bread.
