  I engaged Coastal Moves after seeing a social media post from a woman with a disability thanking them for going above and beyond. I thought, "must be good guys" - and they were!! During my initial telephone conversation (altho very professional), I was a bit worried they might be too inexperienced (Sebastian sounded... well, he just didn't sound like a seasoned removalist), but I was willing to give them a go anyway. I'm so glad I did - Felix and Sebastian turned out to be very experienced. They were respectful, careful, and communicated well with me and with each other. Their disposition (despite having to carry heavy items up a million stairs), was cheerful - I heard not a single swear word! No task was too much trouble for these guys. If I could give them a hundred stars I would.

  Sebastien and Henry were great. Turned up on time, simple fee structure that relied on an hourly rate, fully insured at no extra cost and they took the care to wrap each item in blankets which I didn’t realise should be the standard vs previous removalists. Would highly recommend them to anyone moving!
