How We Work
Chopra Property Services will assign one thoroughly trained team member to clean your home on each scheduled visit. The team member will be dressed in our uniform, and will provide all of the necessary cleaning supplies.
We will customize our services to meet the needs of the clients, just inquire.
While it is not always possible to promise a specific time, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule. We do, however, kindly suggest at least 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation.
Your Chopra Property Services team is, of course, bonded and insured. In the unfortunate case that something is broken or damaged, while we are cleaning, we will make you aware of it and repair or replace it.

Pathetic cleaners. Did a vacate clean on a rental and I was promised a great clean and not to worry and they hardly cleaned anything. They mopped the floor without vacuuming first and there were crumbs everywhere. The dust around the skirting and furniture wasn’t removed like they said they would. This company doesn't even deserve a star DO NOT USE THEM! The day they came to do the bond clean they were supposed to be there in the morning, I hadn't heard anything and messaged twice to find out what time they would be arriving. They got back to me and said they would not be getting to the property until the afternoon, I reiterated that I would need to to be completed by 4pm as I had to return the keys to the real estate agent, they assured me that it would be done by them. It got to 4pm and I hadn't heard from them to say the job was finished so I went over there and not only was no one there, no one had been there and the clean had not been done at all. I then tried contacting them 3 times and they did not answer & they finally got back to me 20 minutes later via text message to say the cleaners were there at the property, I said no they weren't as I was at the property myself and no one was there, she then said she would follow it up and that they would be there in five minutes so I waited until finally one guy by himself showed up to clean a three bedroom house. He told me more people were coming to do the carpets. I explained the job needed to be completed that evening as the next day the electricity was getting switched off. I went back to the property the next day to check everything was done to our satisfaction and what I saw was nothing short of a disgrace. They hadn't cleaned windows, wiped cupboards out, wiped walls down, cleaned the toilets or steam cleaned the carpet, as I had specified when I booked the job. I had to return the keys to the real estate agent and explain to them that it had not been cleaned to the standard required for a bond clean and they were not happy. I now have to wear the cost through the loss of my bond. Also this company gets you to pay them a $100 deposit and they have said they well give it back to me, and I've chased it up with them multiple times and it has not been returned as yet, a week later. Honestly I advise anyone not to use these people, they are absolutely hopeless and should be taken to consumer affairs. Getting a bond cleaner was supposed to make the whole moving house somewhat less stressful, but they made it 100 times worse. I cannot stress this enough DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!!!!!!!!Tanya W

Extremely disappointed in the service. They Contacted me by phone as soon as my job request had been posted initially I thought this was good and so I booked it in and it was only after this that I then had time to check the review. which were all terrible so I called them again to say that I needed to be reassured that the job I was paying for would be the job that I got. I was told that yes yes it will be no problem and that they would do a fantastic job. on the day the two cleaners arrived late, without the required covid PPE .they are in no way professional they then claimed that they were told it was just a simple clean although I had requested and received a confirmation for a deep ‘ready for sale ‘clean as well as Inside windows and exterior windows. Then the cleaners told me they didn’t have the right equipment to do the outside windows so that was out I still gave in the benefit of the doubt but after having to go back and inspect their work and see that it was completely insufficient and unprofessional after the fourth time of asking them at length to address this I was literally getting a migraine and And so fed up it was agreed that they would leave. They did a very simple clean but that was not at all when I asked for and it was ultimately a waste of time this was by no work wait a professional service and I would strongly advise others not to use the service at all. I will not be using this home cleaning service again and would certainly not recommend. Paid extra to have a more thorough clean of both bathrooms and they weren’t even mopped. When I asked what products were used the cleaner said she used bleach even though the bathroom didn’t smell of cleaning products at all? There were furniture items which weren’t even dusted. Complete waste of money considering I re cleaned the house myself the following day. Also, my fiancé and I moved into this house less than a month ago so it’s not like there’s years/months worth of dirt and build up to clean. Never again.
