  The Chemdry Nova team have been out twice to my home. Once for a standard carpet clean and recently to remove a large spill of paint from the carpet. Both times a very thorough job and when they asked me to leave a review here I didn't hesitate.

• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  We are fully insured and guarantee our work. That guarantee is subject to reasonable expectations. For instance we cannot make an old and worn carpet new again and some stains simply cannot be removed without a risk of damage to the carpet or fabric.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  Flexibility of working hours and the desire to do an honest day's work and get a little exercise whilst getting immediate results for the customer.
