  I am very dissatisfied with this service. There is a constant lack of consistency and reliability. Cleaners are frequently changed, services are often delayed or reduced, and I regularly have to follow up just to receive a basic weekly clean. This ongoing situation has caused me unnecessary stress, and I find the overall communication and service management very poor. I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs dependable and well-organised support.

  I appreciate your cleaning however, I must correct that cleaning does not require 5 hours when other household tasks are not completed, considering my residence is a unit. If you believe it will take 5 hours, perhaps 2 people could assist. my home was still messy when I returned. When moving items, please return them to their original location, that is all. Thank you
