Champion Contested Wills is a modern legal service; while specialising in Estate Litigation, Probate and Wills and Estates Planning and Succession, we also provide services across numerous other areas of law such as conveyancing and property law. We are registered PEXA agents. We provide an exceptional, considered and bespoke service second to none. We have offices in Edgecliff and Parramatta. Further, we have access to meeting spaces in Kings Park and Colyton in Western Sydney. For those with mobility issues, for those that are hospitalised or are in care, or simply the busy professional not having the time to come to a lawyer's office, we are equipped with a fully mobile office including printing services allowing execution of documents on the spot, which in some circumstances for Will execution, can be invaluable. If you cannot come to us, we can come to you fully equipped. This service is currently available in NSW only however, we are looking to extend this service to QLD in the near future. Champion Contested Wills is a modernised legal service combining an interactive online client portal with the traditional bricks and mortar offices in both Eastern and Western Sydney allowing us to efficiently service clients in NSW and QLD remotely. Our Founder/Director and Principal Marie Walter, prior to launching Champion Contested Wills provided services to clients in various areas of law across the Greater Sydney Region over the last 30 years working with both large multidisciplinary National firms and medium to small specialist firms gaining invaluable experience in the process. Marie is admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, is a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law New South Wales and holds a Master of Laws (Applied Laws) Majoring in Wills & Estate Law. Marie has a genuine passion for matters of equity and has always held a special interest in Estates, Succession and Elder Law.
