  We needed a vacant clean for our carpets. Emanuel inspected the carpets before the job and knew how dirty they were. But our real estate rang us to say the new tenants baby crawled on the floor and had black knees afterwards. We rang Emanuel to clean the carpets again but he was abusive and rude. He said he will only do the job again if he was paid. He said he's work is guaranteed. It's not. Emanuel also shouted at our real estate rep when she rang him to organise for him to clean the carpets. We don't recommend him at all. He's abusive, rude, it's his way or the highway and no consideration for others. And we didn't get our refund.

  I am sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately the way you have relayed your version seems to lack the truth. I have been carpet cleaning for over 30 years and always stand by the work I perform.

  Very polite, very good at his job. On time and doesn’t over quote. Very good price for the work that was completed. I had a big end of lease carpet cleaning two stories ( 6 rooms, hallways, stairs) that needed to be done and he did a amazing job. High detailed finished and all stains removed and looked better than when we moved in.. and I can say I thought that would be impossible! Highly recommend & will be using him again.

  Emmanuel helped me out of a sticky situation at short notice. He did a thorough,conscientious job on a very dirty carpet and I was very pleased with the result. Will definitely use this firm again. Going to recommend him to my local Facebook page.

  What is the difference between Carpet Steam cleaning & Dry cleaning. Carpet steam cleaning means the carpets are washed and the dirt is extracted from deep down in the carpet. Dry Cleaning is where the top layer is cleaned with a pad and this method is generally not supported by Managing Agents.
