  We purchased Quickbooks under advice from a friend and did not fully comprehend the understanding needed to utilize the package to its full potential. When I saw the advert for "Carolyns Quickbook Training", I was interested to learn more. That was the best phone call I made! Carolyn has spent the last week with us teaching how to utilize the program within our business. Her knowledge of the subject matter is extremely thorough. More importantly, her one-on-one training has been superb. She has gone the extra mile to explain and re-do, make notes, and explain again to help us better understand the program.   I am registered BAS agent. (Under the new law if a Bookkeeper is dealing with a Business who is registered for GST then the Bookkeeper MUST be a BAS Agent) I also have Public Indemnity Insurance.

  I was studding an Accounting degree. I got a job Bookkeeping and found I like this field of work. I then became a Reckon Accredited Partner and I have since worked & taught many different businesses how to use their programs to it full potential. I love the challenge of solving businesses problems
