Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We insure our parcels but always strive to have happy customers.  If there is a legitimate problem with an order that cannot be rectified we will give the customers money back without question. This has happened twice in nearly 5 years of operating....otherwise all our customers are happy and many return time and time again for new prints & designs.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was given an Olympus OM2 when I lived in the Philippines a long time ago and fell in love with photography then.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We were asked to print 90 very large images of Ningaloo Reef fish for the rooms in a resort - fabulous images and a huge challenge - very proud of our work and hope the visitors their enjoy them as much as I enjoyed printing them.

Just love creating family heirlooms from simple 'snaps' - happy faces or wonderful scenery - nothing better!

Where is the work done, the type of components used in the manufacture of the framed print, and how long will it take.  Do you insure your parcels? (Yes, we do!)

Turnaround time - depends entirely on the size of the order and where it is going to....1 print can and has been turned around in 24 hours....give us all the info. and we will quote.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We don't accept failure !  We will keep correcting until we get it right if it is an awful image, or we will tell the customer upfront that nothing can be done with the image to make it worth spending the money....this rarely happens as even with very old photos and some skillful Photoshop work nearly everything can be restored to an acceptable level.

We are a purely Australian company using the best and highest quality products - no short cuts. I am a photographer with masses of experience in customer service so we always do our best to achieve the best result for our client.

Take a great photo:1) Plan your photo if possible - no one squinting into the sun etc.                                 2) Choose the right setting on your camera for the photo you are taking                                 3) Hold the camera very still while taking it to get a nice sharp image

We have done extensive research to find the middle ground between being competitive and losing money! Some places offer lower prices than us but when we look at their work we understand why....cheap frames, no care with design or colour etc. etc.

All the canvas print sizes and costings are easy to find on our website. We charge per print.

We specialise in individually designed collages/montages - a great way to display fabulous holiday images, or several products or services, a wedding or special birthday, all on one large canvas.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I owned a Photo Shop in Brisbane for 7 years and was a hands-on printer in that business,  and prior to that I was a childrens' photographer for 5 years in Sydney and Brisbane.....colour is my thing and I have to get it right all the while realising that it is subjective so consult with customers should there be any 'grey' areas in their image!
