Some ideas if you want to check yourself  •	Carefully inspect the walls  inside and out, if roof is straight, if ceilings are sagging or timber houses  sagging weatherboards could mean timber stumps have rotted, or concrete stumps/brick piers have subsided. check all  windows & doors etc
