I heard back from Brett within two hours of texting him for a quote and within 4 hours he was on site doing the inspection. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and approachable. He explained what were the best options for me (new driveway and replacing pool surrounds). He does not put prospective clients under pressure. He is very punctual. He is very meticulous (and multi-skilled) in his work -- no slap dash here-- and explains on a daily basis what he is planning and what he has achieved. Standard of workmanship was very high, skilful and competent. Thorough site cleanup by Brett after concrete laid. I thoroughly recommend Brett Gilbert for concreting work. I do not give out 5 stars very lightly.
