  Terrible terrible terrible!!! Negative 5* come 4hrs late, clean very rush. I asked if they did clean the walls specifically the bedroom as I told her she said yes, BUT when I check closer they haven’t even touch it. The toilet/shower room left never clean. The lounge only wipes the middle parts and the kitchen. The doors haven’t done. The laundry room they left their mess on the floor foot marks and the marks of very dirty map all over. Left their garbage bag at the back and all the dust from the vacuum they left behind too. Called and texted her soon they had left but NO answer till few hours later she sent a text saying they will be happy to comeback and redo in 2 days time after. So I believe it was confirmed, she said they will arrive at 12pm but no sign of them till 3pm I have been calling and texting her but no answer, at around 3pm plus then she text saying they couldn’t make it and will send a part of the refund. Hey, until now she did NOT do it. I have been asking her to follow up but never heard anything from her, ignored all my calls and messages end up in the end I HAVE TO DO ALL THE SCRUBBING in the toilet, the walls and the doors. Imagine the service they provide with a very high price. ? Everyone read it, just in case you encounter this two and become a victim too so I’m sharing my disgusting horrible experienced with this couple. I hope it won’t happen to you.
