  Thanks to the Boys at Boyd Parsons Plumbing, they replaced my hot water service efficiently, left no mess, and took away the old tank. Best service ever.

  I have used Boyd Parsons Plumbing three times in the past two years - once for a Strata emergency job and twice for private jobs. It is such a nice change to deal with plumbers who actually turn up in a reasonable time. Boyd Parsons are on our list of 3 Strata Plumbers to contact in an emergency. Now, I don't even bother trying to contact the other 2 as they are so unreliable and hard to contact. Each time I have been impressed with their reliability and efficiency, both for Strata jobs and private jobs. Joy on reception is very friendly and most helpful. Owen the plumber is very courteous, respectful and an excellent plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
