  It was an "Okay" job to be honest. It's clean but had to point out areas that they missed cleaning before they clean it. If I didn't say anything at all, the job will be left undone. Had to compromise some of them like they dont clean the ceiling, or if dirt on curtains cannot be cleaned by wiping, there's nothing they can do about it. But end of day, it was an average clean.

  Hi Patrick, We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. As you request for the curtain steam clean, which after seeing the photos I told you that it need to be taken to the laundry, and don’t waste money by getting it steam clean as it will not make any difference. As owning a family business, i rather be honest. If you have requested this from other company, Im pretty sure that you will be charge and the later on being sorry for not able to remove the mouldy stains. And Gavy did the curtain wipe down in-front of you. Regards the ceiling, your bathroom ceiling is peeling off. For this you need handyman to fix it not a cleaner.

  Very bad cleaning. Had to go back 3 times and still it wasn’t done the way they promised me. Vacate cleaning, should be a vacate cleaning. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. At this point, I don’t know if I’ll get all my bond back. Very disappointed

  My apologies about your experience with our cleaning service. Total Cost 2 Bed + 1 Bath + Carpet + Outside Windows $380 incl gst. Which you paid after only $320 after 3 days. You indicated that you have to go 3 times to the property. My reply (you have to visit your property because it was not empty) 2) There were no any booking been done by your side . Yes I did gave my price via phone conversation and you said you are still looking for others quote. They prior 2 days before moving out, you rang my office and told me you have a booking and wanted to confirm the timing. I told you straight forward there were no booking at all from your side. If there were a booking I'm sure you will have a confirmation email, as that's how a booking works. 3) I did manage to slot in your booking, then when we arrived, your property was not even half empty. Yet seeing yours and your partner condition I manage to work around which took me longer than a usual end of lease cleaning will work. I moved all your furniture and rubbish at the back yard. 4) Finally when all the cleaning were done, the garage were not empty. I again rang you and seeing your health condition I told you don't worry I will come back next day a do it for you with no extra cost, as long you promise me that the garage will be empty. 5) Out of sudden I get a call from your daughter, who called herself a real estate landlord that there is 2 issue with the property 1) master room blind 2)lounge light cover. I say okey, the n fixed the issue. Then again your daughter call me, and finally introduce herself as your daughter saying I damage your property. How this even possible. I have been in this industry for 5 years, not even 1 bad review . That's how I pride my task and especially my customer. You were supposedly to wait for your bond back first before even putting a bad review. Good Luck and Happy New Year
