  As a Director of a trade services business we approached Lynbrook Accounting over 5 years ago after constant dissatisfaction with our previous Accountancy provider who we felt did not connect with our business and did not provide us a value based service.   A customer came to me with 4 years of backlog (no bookkeeping done, no BAS and Tax Return lodged to ATO) and their trading revenue going down. They have no idea what is going on with the business. Firstly, I cleared out 4 years backlog and lodged all overdue BAS and tax return to the ATO. After that, I negotiated an achievable repayment plan with the ATO to pay all overdue GST and Tax. Than implemented monthly performance review and financial discipline. Now they are ATO debt free and their turnover is going upward.
