Absolutely insured to a sufficient level.  Any issues with work, please discuss and a solution will be agreed upon that suits the customer. This rarely happens but I like to keep customers happy!

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I worked in I.T for 10 years and decided I wanted to work in an area that I loved...and that was with dogs! It is very enjoyable and I love spending time with dogs

I love working with dogs, and love making my customers feel great about treating their pooch.  I love the look on their faces when I return their furry family member to them in tip top shape!

Get some pictures of previous work, request a look at the cleanliness of the hydrobath or mobile salon, look at reviews online to see if other people are happy.

How often should I get my pooch washed?  By far the most common question.  Vets recommend monthly washes, and a lot of my customers get fortnightly washes to keep their friends smelling great!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Firstly your pooches name! Then i need information such as dog breed, size, type of service required (washing/clipping/matting), what condition the coat is in at the moment.  There is other information required but that is the core!

Always keep your pooch brushed so there are no matts.  Wash your pooch regularly as this keeps the hair in good condition.  And ensure your dog is booked in for regular grooms.  This makes grooming quicker and easier every time.

Pricing is set dependent upon the type of dog, service required (washing only, washing and trimming, full groom, matting or detangling).  This will be discussed and a quote given before starting the job.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

All breeds are catered for no matter the size or shape.  However, I am 6'3" and can handle the bigger and heavier dogs where others sometimes cannot.  Big dogs need love too!
