A s a builder for a number of years and worked all types of construction, design and construct, addition , commercial fit outs , warehouse construction , work for large and small companies over the years. With many years of varied works site and types of works that where carried out by my either as a builder or site manager to total project manager , over the last seven years I was involved with 2nd tier company in the civil works field, which I started for the company with 3 men and one truck, to the point of having 2 kerb crews and machines , excavators and trucks ,about a total of about 17 men. As a Clerk of Works and ex builder, project manager and estimator for the company , works that include work for the RMS ( RTA) Bayview road widening Transit way Blacktown, a number of car parks all over Sydney , I have no problem in undertaking scope of works , and treat each as special project and co ordinate the works ,size isn't a problem
