  Very unhappy with service, they were booked for 29th Dec, advised truck was in at mechanic, could come late afternoon or next morning, we opted for late afternoon to then be told Sorry will be too late so came next day, why give option then as soon as I say late afternoon they change their mind). We were meant to have 2 experience removalist, trolleys and Dollies and wrapping for mattress, as per website, 2 very young removalist who were stand ins while others on leave turned up with one trolly, no Dollies and only a couple of old blankets for wrapping (didn’t even wrap mattress). The move should have only taken about 2 hours but took over 4 hours to move 1 bedroom suite, lounge room, washer, dryer and fridge and small desk and chair. They spent so much time standing around and procrastinating, while one used Trolly the other stood around, I got so frustrated that my daughter and I started taking thing out to truck. They left the tv and a mirror from bedroom until last and asked us to take in car, I advised tv need to stand up and my car wasn’t big enough and they needed to take in truck. I found them very unprofessional and one of them was dress as if going out not doing a removal and was worried about his hands and clothes getting dirty??
