BIGBULL MOVERS are the most horrible serving people, they ruined our whole day, our crucial appointment got canceled because they delayed our planned time by 5 hours, kept on lying every time, the most disrespectful organization I have ever experienced in my life, they don’t even deserve single dollar the way they are treating their customers, completely unprofessional people sent by them, they have no idea what to do and how to do, scratches everywhere, all the people came out of apartment because they were making extremely loud noises while scratching every where on the top abusing each other in their mother tongue, charged us extra 30 minutes more and badly ruined our whole day, biggest mistake we made of our life time to have them, plz no body ever should take risk of taking their horrible service and unprofessional behavior both by management team and removalists. TERRIBLE PEOPLE. Removalist in Melbourne to stay away from. DO NOT HIRE THIS BIG BULL MOVERS UNLESS YOU WANT STRESS, HASSLES AND INCONVENIENCE! They don't trust customer that means they can't be totally trusted too. I have hired this Big Bull movers and I already paid a deposit, which is fine and fair. But what they want is full payment for a work that wasn't completed yet - which is not even halfway done. This STRICKY PAYMENT POLICY wasn't even discussed when I made a booking or prominently displayed on their quotation. They haven't finish the job yet and they want full payment. I showed one of their movers the cash in full that I can pay after they finish the work. I even counted that cash in front of him to see that I have cash to pay all their charges. They don't want to budge and insisted full payment before completing the work. I told them ok to be fair and reasonable, I will pay them 50% now and the remaining 50% balance will be paid after completion of work. They don't trust the customer despite showing the cash that I can pay all their charges. People who can't trust other people means they are not trustworthy themselves. It ended up not delivering my things and I will sue them for keeping all my things and all the inconvenience. They are also very slow in their work trying to get more hours, so they can charge you more. When they get to the office to pick up the things, they are very late and the first 30 minutes was spent filling out a form that they are also charging. This are very bad, untrustworthy people, not worth wasting time doing business with them. DO NOT HIRE BIG BULL MOVERS - UNTRUSTWORTHY REMOVALIST!!Grace P

My initial experience with this removalist service was positive, right up until a critical point towards the end of the move. Due to a prior commitment, I had to leave before the job was completed. Unfortunately, upon my return, I discovered that my dining table had been left outside. I immediately contacted the company’s office to address this oversight and was promised a callback that never materialised. After waiting 90 minutes, I called again, only to be met with an abrupt response that the job was considered complete, contradicting the earlier assurance of a follow-up. Moreover, I was informed that the removalists were unable to dismantle the table to fit it through the doorframe, which can't possible be true as they had just used the same tools to dismantle and reassemble the bed frame. The situation has left my dining table inconveniently plopped in the hallway, obstructing access to my and my neighbours' front doors and creating a significant inconvenience. Despite offering to compensate for the additional effort required to rectify the issue, the company showed no interest in providing a solution. This experience starkly contrasts with the initial promise that the removalists would handle both dismantling and reassembling furniture as needed. The lack of accountability and customer service in resolving unexpected issues has been disappointing. I hope this feedback prompts the company to re-evaluate its service commitments and communication practices to prevent similar experiences for future customers.Kim

I found the movers were slow, on the phone a lot, and felt that I needed to be in attendance to make sure work continued. I had 5 friends helping me with the move and we ended up moving everything out of the apartment to the truck, except for the big items, mattress, couch, fridge, washing machine. Likewise for the move in, most items were taken off the truck and we had to move them into the new location whilst the movers only did the big items. Lack of communication in house with their staff and person taking the call/sale. Unrealistic expectations of invoices to be paid minutes within job finished (even though deposit was paid). Spoke very rudely to me and will not use this company again.
