  This was a disappointing experience. We booked in Bestway to clean our house as we were vacating our rental property. The cleaners arrived 2 hours after the agreed time at which stage they called and nearly doubled the agreed quote. They said they would leave if we did not agree knowing that we only had 1 day to get the house cleaned before our inspection. After the inspection we were told that the house had been poorly cleaned. They had not done the blinds (left covered in dust and mouldy), one of the toilets or any of the light fittings and done an average job on the rest of the house. They agreed to come back and fix the few items, however when a different cleaner arrived a few days late her only brought a bucket and a cloth and said he only had 15 minutes and did not make any improvements. After this Bestway Cleaning started ghosting us. They did not answer our calls or texts and we had to get another cleaning service in to fix all their neglected areas. It cost us $700 dollars (brought down from $800) when originally quoted $350 for the size of house that we have. Will not be using this company in the future.

  Hi Andrew, Thanks for giving us the opportunity to clean your house. We apologize for your complaint about our job. firstly you have to remember what you said to us? We said it will take $950 and more than a day to clean it completely but you said us to clean as soon as possible and said clean only as much as you can. In the event after the comment, we called you several times to sort the issue but you haven't answered our phone calls and texts. We wish if you can give an opportunity again we will do the clean perfectly. once again we apologize for the things that happened but it because you requested us to make it sooner. Good Luck!
