  Ross came and cleaned my rental property after I had vacated. He was very good at communicating - responded promptly to my enquiries. He arrived on time did a great job cleaning the property. I did think the price was a little steep at $450 to clean a 4br house (particularly as I had kept it reasonably clean and the only area requiring steam-cleaning was the hallway), but didn't have enough time to negotiate or find a cheaper company before I needed to hand the keys back.

  They were on time ...... the communication was fantastic ......... two guys came for the cleaning job, just curious that if you hire cleaners for a 2 hour job and if 2 people come in than does it mean that those 2 hours are split bw them as one hour each ? And they stay for one hour. Service quality by one person was excellent while the other one was pretty average and was actually asked to do it properly ....... that's why a 2 star. Did got a bonus window cleaned though :)
