All practitioners in Western Australia are required to have appropriate insurance in place through Law Mutual. This insurance is mandatory and Balmoral has all requisite insurance in place.

I had always been fascinated by the interaction of the law and the family unit. It is a dynamic area of the law which is ever changing.

There are so many it is hard to recount a specific favorite. A recent example was a mother who was permitted to relocate with her child. This relocation opened a raft of opportunities for our client (the mother) and her child.

Do all that is possible to communicate your points to your solicitor succinctly. Provide your responses to your solicitor as quickly as is possible. Follow through with requests made by your solicitor.
