Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are registered health practitioners, and are required by law to be insured.  Unfortunately there are no guarantees with health treatments, but we will be honest about our expectations for your health and will refer you to an alternate practitioner if we are not seeing the expected results.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

A love of helping people drove Juanita to undertake extensive studies to become a doctor of Chinese medicine, Acupuncturist and a Naturopath.  Since that time, she has become one of Australia’s leading natural health professionals and has helped thousands of people achieve greater health.

We like to speak with our customers before assigning a practitioner, as individual health concerns may be more suited to a particular treatment style or practitioner experience.  Costs vary between treatment modalities, so it is best to speak with us before making a final decision.

We are priced according to skill and experience, and are competitive with other practitioners in the Bayside and wider Melbourne area.

How do you normally charge for your service?

HICAPS is available on site, so if you have private health insurance you may be able to claim on the spot. We accept EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. Payment must be made on the day of service.
