  I engaged Babylon Removalist Service for a recent move and, unfortunately, my experience was very unsatisfactory. The team caused damage to both the headboard of the double bed and a table. Although they initially agreed to compensate for the headboard, they later stopped responding and did not address the table damage at all. I had to lodge a complaint with Fair Trading, and only after almost two months did they finally make the payment for the headboard. Additionally, I had specifically booked their service for an off-peak time slot. Despite this, they arrived during peak hours, which resulted in an extra hour being charged at $130. Based on my experience, I found the service unreliable, communication very poor, and the handling of goods below an acceptable standard.

  Danny and the team did an amazing job under difficult circumstances. Despite the obstacles to a fast and efficient removal they found solutions to every issue. Communication was excellent and they were very reassuring. I'm sure many other removalists would have pulled the pin once they got to the driveway of my new property! Will definitely use these guys again when I move out of the nightmare I just moved into!!!!
