  I recently had a solar battery installed by Arinna Solar, and the entire experience has been fantastic. The sales process was smooth and straightforward, with clear communication and one of the best prices I could find. A big shout‑out to Terry, the solar electrician, who delivered an exceptional installation. The workmanship was clean, professional, and done with real attention to detail—it gave me a lot of confidence in the system. I’m currently waiting on the final inspection, but so far everything has been impressive.   Had an ESY HM 6-30 battery installed and the whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I dealt with Victor in sales and he was fantastic — clear communication, honest advice and no pressure at all. Installation was quick, everything was explained well, and the system is working perfectly.

  Pre getting solar - I thought they were quite good at explaining the system I am buying and how it will save me almost most my bills. (6.6kws machine) Since paying the deposit it has been very confusing and no guidance at all. Noticed my recent bill is barely anything off to what it would have been this time last year. (without using the cooler, similar to last year usage). They also had another company do my installation who left the site really messy. Apparently I was going to save lots per month.. Don't think they have recommended the correct system for my needs and don't reply to my emails asking for advice. Really Disappointing.

  Hi Chris, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and I truly appreciate your feedback. After the solar system is installed, the savings are not always immediate—it’s important to shift as much of your electricity usage as possible to daytime when your panels are generating power. In addition, I recommend speaking with your energy retailer to ensure you’re on the best plan with a higher feed-in tariff for your solar exports, which can make a big difference to your bills.   I contacted Arinna and spoke to Victor, to have solar panels installed, who was very competent and informative. The quote he gave me fine and it was accepted. A date was given for installation which was kept. The installers were competent and pleasant. Any queries or questions I had were answered by Victor expertly and on the spot.
