Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

We are fully insured and guarantee our work for 12 months. Our guarantee covers both cost of parts and labour. If you provide your own parts, we can only guarantee our labour where we can see we did something wrong. However if it is your part that failed, we cannot cover labour in that instance.

I got into this line of work as I have always had a great passion in cars. I had spent countless hours on my own garage floor, and my friends and families garages, before I decided it was time to turn my passion into a profession.

How long will a minor service take?  1-1.5 hours  How do I get the best life out of my tyres?  Rotate and balance and align every 6 months or 10,000km which ever comes first and check your tyre pressures regularly. If you have trouble checking them come in and we will happily check them for you!

The vehicle make, model, registration number, kilometres and log book page criteria. Whether or not you wish to use genuine manufacturer parts only. For repairs, all information on any diagnostic issues e.g. symptoms or how it happens when it happens.

We always use our decades of combined experience to accurately quote repair times and cost of goods. If a customer presents us with a better offer from elsewhere and we can see where we might have gone wrong, we will always aim to better it. If it seems dodgy, we will tell you and show you why.

We are 100% transparent with our pricing. We will always contact our customers for approval before commencing any work. We will not charge you a single dollar more than what you've authorised and we will never charge you for work we did not complete. You will also get a detailed invoice.
