  I'm terribly disappointed by the service provided by 2 of your Removalist who attended a job at Kembla Grange to Albion Park. The removalist was disrespectful, demanded payment while the truck was still loaded with half the items. He attended the job late, sweared and refused to bring in the items inside the property. The job was booked for 10, attended at 12.30pm. They demanded for 4 hours payment for a job they only completed between 12.30 to 2.20pm before he started demanding for payment. I have been charged $616 for a 2hour job. This is stealing from your customers. The Removalist also broke my dinning table glass, in which I demand compensation immediately and a refund of the overpayment made. If this issue is not resolved I will be filing a complaint with the Ombudsman for abusive Removalist, being over charged and also my items being broken and damaged. Attached screenshot as evidence.

  I’d you did read the the quotation plus the terms and conditions before you book the job you would’ve understand the charges. Also you moved 4 Bedrooms house in1 load of 12 tonne truck 55cbm, finishing the job in 3 hours is very immaculate . Our team was very disappointed by your dictator attitude, they’re not your slaves , you can’t treat them like you’re used to it back home, it’s Australia here and no one is better that others. I hope you don’t do the same with other workers All the best

  Lots of hidden charges and incorrect information from the them. I did my research for our first move with a removalist however there was so much back tracking and excuses! When it came to paying i questions things and proved them wrong they started deducting money but wouldn't budge for other things that I later screan shot there own information to prove them wrong but again the owner just wanted to stick it to the customer instead of owning up for their mistakes. EXTRA HIDDEN CHARGES - (toll fees) not showen any where and clearly stated not depot to depot fees only. - (Shrink Wrapping) there is 3 different information given all stating this was covered but it different ways, one in there own personal write up stating "Free shrink wrap for all your furniture" however they needed up charging this. Love to stop and chat often. Ohh not to mention they also left 10 minutes before my partner to get to the new property and they still arrived after! I have no doubt they will respond to this stating they tried to reconcile or that im just in the wrong as he's already tried to blame me. please know i have all the text and screen shots to back my statements up.

  Britanie you partner was expecting us to do 2 loads and at least 9 hours , we finished the job in 1 trip and 5.5hrs only We sent you booking confirmation will all conditions and you must read it before you confirm.

  The job took less then 45min I got ripped off. I was cohersed to pay $394.00. I don’t recommend the service. The massage information is a designated to misleading advice. I was forced to pay $394.00 or else the 2 heavily items & 3 light items would not be coming of the truck. Rip off bad service.

  Belay you paid 2 hours minimum charge plus 1 hour call out fee and this was the agreement between us. You’ve been quoted and you received booking confirmation with there information Don’t you read before you book the job mate ?!!!!
