Terrible experience overall, got the pointing done and after 3 days it was full of cracks. They did not acknowledge that and Allison claimed the job was well done. 10 days later the pointing was coming off and a leak appeared so they finally admitted that the job needed to be redone. finally after more then 20 days they came to re-do the pointing, in the meantime there was water infiltration that damaged the ceiling inside the house but according to Allison that was now ‘my problem’. when they finally finished the job they threatened to destroy everything done if I wasn’t going to pay straight away. really uncivilised behaviour.Emma

Customer Service is great. We had two jobs with them: Roofing and flake epoxy application on garage. 5 stars on the roofing. 4 stars on epoxy because the flake wasn't applied evenly. I have to shoutout to Alison as she did her utmost best to get the best outcome for us. Pricing is all fair and great value for the quality of output. Will get their services again.Paul A
