  Really thorough and careful inspection, with some good recommendations on non-major issues. Darren was responsive and listened to what I needed, meaning the report I got was really helpful. The report arrived the same day, and got a call to make sure I was happy and understood it. Would absolutely use again.

  Prompt response to arrange appointment. Received a detailed report highlighting minor defects, major defects, observations and safety hazards, all with explanations and recommendations. I've had previous property inspections and the standard of this report was excellent, so happy to offer my positive review. Great to get such excellent service, would recommend this business.
