We arranged the clean within 48 hours, assigned a compassionate and experienced team, and made sure to take extra care with his personal belongings. When he returned home, he was so emotional—not just because of how clean everything was, but because he felt like someone had truly cared.  Since then, we've continued regular visits, and he now refers to our cleaner as “part of the family.” It’s moments like that that remind us we’re not just providing a service—we’re supporting people’s dignity, comfort, and independence.

Size of the Property or Area  For residential or commercial spaces, we need the square footage or the number of rooms to be cleaned. For BNBs, knowing the turnover frequency is also key.  Specific Cleaning Requirements  Do you have any special requests? For example, deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, carpet or window cleaning, or disinfection services. This also includes details for NDIS or aged care clients who may need additional assistance or a tailored approach.  Frequency & Schedule  Is this a one-time clean or an ongoing service? If ongoing, how often will cleaning be required (e.g., weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)?

Regular maintenance prevents the buildup of grime, dust, and stains, which means each visit is easier, quicker, and less costly.  Consolidate Services  If you're booking multiple services (e.g., cleaning, gardening, window washing), combining them into one appointment can often lead to package discounts and reduce overall costs. The more we can do in one visit, the more efficient the service becomes.
