Add-Floors are a specialist flooring company dealing with major corporate developments, through a network of tier 1 and tier 2 building companies. Add-Floors have an established relationship with companies such as Lend Lease, CPB, Richard Crookes, St Hilliers, Lahey and many others. Through these relationships we have a core focus on high end projects such as hospitals, schools, aged care, transport, defense and other areas. We also have business partnerships with shop fitters for light commercial work in many retail outlets throughout the country. We also provide maintenance services to City Facilities management for work in Kmart, Liquorland, Coles and target stores. We have also developed partnerships with all major flooring suppliers and have a team of estimators who provide pricing at tender stage and after contracts are awarded for all major builders. Our niche is for regional projects that offer a total square metres of between 10,000 and 50,000 square metres. This allows us to provide a competitive price to the builder, while not coming up against many of the larger flooring corporations who are more interested in larger projects, in major centres and cities. Our company is set up to be flexible enough to provide human resources and logistics into regional areas, while still being able to provide a price that is acceptable to a builder.
