  Our experience with this removalist company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. The team of 3 arrived at 7:30am and did not leave until 10:30pm, yet we were charged for every minute, including their breaks, despite being told beforehand that break time would not be billed. No written invoice was provided; instead, we were told a lump sum late at night and paid this in cash. Beyond the billing concerns, the conduct during the move was unacceptable. The team left urine on the bathroom floor, an empty beer bottle in the powder room cupboard, and consumed alcohol from our fridge while on the job. The move itself was unnecessarily slow and inefficient and several items were handled poorly including a washing machine that was reconnected incorrectly, causing flooding when we turned the tap on. Repeated attempts to contact the owner, Ivan, to resolve these issues have been ignored. I have now lodged a formal complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

  Ivan and his team moved my 3 bedroom home. He was very thorough, careful and communicative . I appreciated the extra care he took with my fridge and TV.
