  - Arrived one hour late. - Didn’t really talk to us, unless if they wanted something, talked amongst them selves and on their phones in another language. Kind of rude. - On their phones with calls and messages while they were meant to be working - Refused to move some items from the old house and upstairs in the new house. - Damaged our belongings and the property too - Held our belongings ransom, refusing to move anything else off the truck until they were paid some random amount they just told us. They said they were just employees and if we have a problem with the amount take it up with management at a later time. - Charged us for 4 hours work plus 30 minutes travel time, on top of the deposit we had already paid. They only worked 3. Their minimum was 2 hours plus 30 minutes travel, if their minimum was 4, I would understand it. - Not answering calls, texts or emails regarding payment discrepancies, or damages done by the workers. - No invoice provided for the deposit or the final payment We ended up only using them for one trip and moved the rest of it ourselves. I would not recommend them to anyone, unless if you don’t care about your things, your money or your property.
