Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are fully insured, police cleared and satisfaction is guaranteed.  If a customer is not completely satisfied we are happy to return and rectify the problem window at not cost.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

It started as a stop gap and just grew from there. I hadn't really considered this business to be my full time role but it's just turned out that way.

I had a dear old lady that hired me and I think I spent more time eating cake and drinking tea than I did cleaning windows.  Sometimes customers like a chat.. that's fine by me.

This job is extremely satisfying.  Leaving a customer with the best experience and cleanest windows makes it all worth while.

Would you like a cuppa... [my response] That would be great, but once I'm finished thanks.  I love it when a customer feels comfortable enough with me that they are willing to go out of their way to share a cuppa with them.

I'm not a youngster with an attitude, I'm old fashioned and march to the old school customer service drum. Respect, Reliability and Trustworthiness are our minimum standards

We're a small family owned business that believes in old fashioned customer service and value for money, not a large commercial outfit that's forgotten about it's customer satisfaction.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Size of home, ie 3x1, 4x2 with study.  If there are any special windows, i.e. Georgian Style. Single or double storey, if there are difficult to access windows.

We pride ourselves in our work and price the work competitively.  To provide special offers would devalue what we do, having said that we are happy to include track cleans for free for OneFlare customers.

Our pricing is competitive as we include fly screen dust and frame clean as part of our pricing not as an add on.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

As every property is different, we will quote every job based on it's requirements.  Many factors can affect the price, including but not limited to the current state of windows, accessibility, type and number of windows and if the clean is a single side or both.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in residential windows cleans, however we can do commercial single storey establishments if requested and a case by case basis

We have extensive domestic window cleaning experience and confident we can meet your window cleaning needs to the highest standard.
