Job Description: Fix and upgrade cooling fan relay system. Previous owner put 40ah relays in but fans are 59ah so they have melted a relay and th relay block. Also in my 02 sensor plug one of the heating element wires is not getting current. Need to find where its going wrong and please fix

Location: Belgrave, VIC
Job Description: In wet driving conditions (after hitting water on the road) my car throws a check engine light. Initial diagnosis located Fuse F33 as being blown. Fuse was replaced and car drove without issue for over a week. As soon as we had a heavy down pour and water pooled on the road my car drives though it and bang fuse blows again and check engine light comes on. Car is modified LS1 with Harrop HTV1900 and associated extra coolers/fans etc. Recently (last 6 months) car has had fuel pump replaced and also alternator and AC. The most recent change to wiring was battery loom was 'repaired' (this was done approx 6 weeks ago). Engine wiring loom/harness is still original but has been checked and found to be faultless. Car is my daily driver and needs to be urgently diagnosed and fixed as I travel to Port Melbourne from Belgrave. Hope you can help.
